Are the Ranks Permanent?
No, all rank purchases are valid for 1 year. You can have a subscription which renews your rank automatically so you don't have to worry about it.

Do I need permission from my parents to make a purchase?
If you are under the age of 18, you need parental permission in order to buy something from our store. Unauthorized purchases are absolutely prohibited and will result in your account being banned from our network.

Am I allowed to buy something for other players or my friends?
Yes, you are allowed to buy a rank for your friends or other players if you would like to do so. You can use their Minecraft username instead of your own to make a purchase for them.

Are cracked(free) accounts supported?
No, we do not support or allow cracked/free Minecraft accounts to be used on our servers or store. You will be required to have a valid Minecraft Account.

I bought a rank but did not receive it?
If you encounter any issue's receiving your rank or perks or even the discord role, you can open up a support ticket on discord and we will look into it, please make sure you have your transaction id ready in case we need it. Please note that it might take +/- 5 minutes for your rank to be applied in-game. Its always worth trying to relog in-game to see if the rank is applied.

Can I get a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds of any kind on puchases made on the store. Due to technical issue's there might be an exception, otherwise sales are final and have a no refund policy.
